The mountain of Montserrat is one of the greatest natural and historical attractions in Spain. This picturesque and massive mountain is home to 1000-year old Benedictine monastery, beautifully hidden in a little valley between the cliffs.
The main treasure of the Montserrat Abbey is a shrine of the Virgin of Montserrat, or Black Madonna, a Patron Saint of Catalonia which is believed to fulfill the wishes.
A trip to Montserrat is a great chance to enjoy the amazing nature of the mountain, the beautiful architecture of the monastery and learn the history of one of Spain’s most important Catholic symbols
Admission tickets for Monserrat must be reserved in advance for your party but the cost is not included in the cost of the tour. You can simply reimburse your driver-guide on the day of the tour.
Admission tickets cost 15 Euros per adult and are free for kids under 11 Years old. Please provide ages if under 11 as we still need to reserve for kids.
