Meet driver just after the exit of baggage claim or train platform
Let our professional driver pick you up from the Naples airport or Train Station and transfer you to your hotel in the comfort of a spacious new vehicle with air-conditioning. For arrivals into Naples, your driver will need to know your airline, arrival time, flight number and how many people are in your party as well as if you will have excessive amounts of luggage. We need to know a cell phone number for someone in your group and also your hotel address and phone number so that we can accurately quote your services and send the correct size vehicle.
*If you are binging more than one medium to large bag and one small carry on per person please notify us so that we can assess what size of vehicle we will need to send you.
Our driver will be waiting with a sign that bears your name, at the time that you scheduled, just after you exit the baggage area. This will be after you have gone through passport control and have collected your bags.
***Included in the cost is a 50 minute waiting period from landing time. An additional 35E per hour will begin to accrue once that 50 minute window has passed.
All our vehicles are:
*For transfers or pickups taking place at night after 9:00 PM or prior to 5:00 AM there is a 25 Euro surcharge that will apply for the service.
*You have an obligation to notify us directly by phone if you have changes or delays to your flight`s arrival time or delay in baggage or if you need assistance locating your driver. If bags are for some reason delayed, please send one of your party out to notify the driver of the situation. The driver waiting for you will likely have other client services in the same day to tend to but we are happy to have them wait longer if we are informed in advance and have time to rearrange these other services for the driver.
In the event that we have to release a driver for another service when no further communication has been made regarding delays or possible cancellations please consider that the service is still chargeable. Charges also apply if the client, for any reason, decides to take another transfer service or taxi instead of the one previously arranged by us. Therefore, keeping us informed of any delay or cancellation whether by phone or, if that is not possible, by sending out one of the party to inform and wait with the driver is of utmost importance.
