Pick up hotel & transfer to Civitavecchia port

What You'll do in this tour

Transfers are available from your centrally located Rome hotel or airport hotel to the Port of Civitavecchia in the comfort of spacious new vehicles with air-conditioning and professional drivers. Transfers are available at any time and your drive to the port from the hotel or airport hotel is approximately 75 minutes from the city center and about 60 minutes from your airport hotel.  These times may vary slightly depending on the day of the week, season or time of day. 

For pickup from the hotel with a transfer to the port, we simply need your hotel name address and phone number of the hotel.   We will also need to know your COMPLETE ship name and the time that you need to arrive by.

We need to know how many people are in your party as well as if you will have excessive amounts of luggage.  

Additional Important info for this tour:
*If your party is bringing more than 4 medium to large bags and more than 3/4 small carry on bags, please notify us so that we can assess what size of vehicle(s) we will need to send you.  

All our vehicles are:

• Non smoking vehicles
• Air-conditionined 
• Professional driver
• Late model Mercedes  

*For transfers or pickups taking place at night after 8:30 PM or prior to 5:30 AM there is a 30 Euro surcharge that will apply for the service.

• Changes or delays to your embarkation or departure time from Rome. We do our best to accommodate you but it may not always be possible for big changes.
• You need assistance locating your driver (he will meet you in the lobby of your hotel or in front of your B&B or apartment at street level)

In the event that we have to release a driver for another service when no further communication has been made by you regarding delays or possible cancellations, please consider that the service is still chargeable. Charges also apply if the client, for any reason, decides to take another transfer service or taxi instead of the one previously arranged by us. Therefore, keeping us informed of any delay or cancellation whether by phone or, if that is not possible, by sending out one of your party to inform and wait with the driver is of utmost importance.
