What You'll do in this tour
Let our professional driver pick you up from the port of Civitavecchia and transfer you to the FCO airport in the comfort of spacious new vehicles with air-conditioning. Transfers are available at any time and your drive from the port to FCO airport is approximately 60 minutes and may vary a bit depending on the time of day day of the week or season. Our driver will be waiting with a sign that bears your name, at the time that you scheduled, just after you exit the ship. Please do not leave the immediate disembarkation area or take a shuttle outside of the port as our driver will always meet you at your ship.
We will need to know the COMPLETE ship name, actual time you can or should disembark and how many people are in your party and a cell phone number for someone in your group. We will need to know if you will have excessive amounts of luggage.
For departures out of FCO your driver will need to know your airline, departure time and flight number. If you know it, it may be helpful to know your departure terminal.
***Included in the cost is a 30 minute waiting period from the ship disembarkation meeting time listed on the voucher. An additional 35E per hour will begin to accrue once that 30 minute window has passed.
Additional Important info for this tour:
*If your party is bringing more than 4 medium to large bags and more than 3/4 small carry on bags, please notify us so that we can assess what size of vehicle(s) we will need to send you.

- Air-conditionined
- Professional driver
- Late model Mercedes
*For transfers or pickups taking place at night after 8:30 PM or prior to 5:30 AM there is a 30 Euro surcharge that will apply for the service.
You have an obligation to notify us Phone-WhatsApp-iMessage +39.3314664900 +39.3356638184 for the following reasons:
- Changes or delays to your ship's arrival time, your disembarkation time or flight departure time and you need a change in your pick-up time previously scheduled. We do our best to accommodate you but it may not always be possible for long delays or big changes.
- You need assistance locating your driver (please see notes above for meeting point). Please do not leave if you do not immediately see your driver as access for the drivers can be changed last minute by the port authority.
- Bags are delayed or lost. In this case you may even send one of your party out to notify the driver of the situation if you are not able to contact us by phone.
In the event that we have to release a driver for another service when no further communication has been made by you regarding delays or possible cancellations, please consider that the service is still chargeable. Charges also apply if the client, for any reason, decides to take another transfer service or taxi instead of the one previously arranged by us. Therefore, keeping us informed of any delay or cancellation whether by phone or, if that is not possible, by sending out one of your party to inform and wait with the driver is of utmost importance.
