The mountain of Montserrat is one of the greatest natural and historical attractions in Spain. This picturesque and massive mountain is home to 1000-year old Benedictine monastery, beautifully hidden in a little valley between the cliffs.
The main treasure of the Montserrat Abbey is a shrine of the Virgin of Montserrat, or Black Madonna, a Patron Saint of Catalonia which is believed to fulfill your wishes.
A trip to Montserrat is a great chance to enjoy the amazing nature of the mountain, the beautiful architecture of the monastery and to learn the history of one of Spain’s most important Catholic symbols
Admission tickets for Monserrat must be reserved in advance for your party but the cost is not included in the cost of the tour. You can simply reimburse your driver-guide on the day of the tour. Please provide ages if under 8 as we still need to reserve for kids.
Ages 8 and up full fare tickets 15E - Kids 0-7 are free entrance to be purchased for you and reimbursed on day of tour in addition to tour cost.
