What You'll do in this tour
For departures from the train station your driver will need to know your accurate station of departure (the assumption is that you are leaving from Napoli Centrale unless you tell us differently) and how many people are in your party. Let us know if you will have excessive amounts of luggage so we can plan for the appropriate vehicle size. We need to know a cell phone number for someone in your group and also your hotel address and phone number so that we can accurately quote your services.
*If you need driver assistance to find your correct train and platform you will need to request an escort service from us as well. There is a 15 Euro supplement to add that service to your transfer to the train station. The driver will escort you into the train station, help you understand where your train is departing from and or show you the board to check departures if your train is not yet listed. He will not wait until you get on the train if your train is not yet at the station but he will make sure you know how to find your train when it arrives.

- No smoking vehicles
- Air-conditionined
- Professional driver
- Late models of Mercedes or Opels
*For transfers or pickups taking place at night after 9:00 PM or prior to 5:00 AM there is a 25 Euro surcharge that will apply for the service.
*If you are binging more than one medium to large bag and one small carry on per person please notify us so that we can assess what size of vehicle we will need to send you.
*You have an obligation to notify us directly by phone if you have changes or delays to your train`s departure time or if you need assistance locating your driver. If anything is delayed, please notify our office. The driver waiting for you will likely have other client services in the same day to tend to but we are happy to have them wait longer if we are informed in advance and have time to rearrange these other services for the driver.
In the event that we have to release a driver for another service when no further communication has been made regarding delays or possible cancellations please consider that the service is still chargeable. Charges also apply if you, for any reason, decide to take another transfer service or taxi instead of the one previously arranged by us. Therefore, keeping us informed of any delay or cancellation whether by phone.
