We’ll pick you up at your hotel or cruise ship to drive through Barcelona making stops at all interesting sites, so that you can go out for a view and photo. And the guide will tell you a lot of interesting facts about Barcelona’s history, local culture and daily life.
In just few hours you will explore all areas of the city - from the historical center, founded by the Romans 2000 years ago, to the fantastic architectural works of genious Antoni Gaudi. A special attention will be given to the Sagrada Familia on this tour, the large Roman Catholic church in Barcelona, designed by Catalan Spanish architect Antoni Gaudí (1852–1926). Construction of Sagrada Família commenced in 1882 by architect Francisco Paula de Villar with Gaudí becoming involved in 1883 after Francisco resigned as the head architect.[5] Taking over the project, Gaudí transformed it with his architectural and engineering style, combining Gothic and curvilinear Art Nouveau forms. Gaudí devoted his last years to the project, and at the time of his death at age 73 in 1926, less than a quarter of the project was complete. Guided is just from outside with a nice walk all around the church then you can spend sometime for pictures inside.
After the tour we can bring you back to your hotel or cruise ship or leave for a nice lunch in a century-old traditional restaurant.
