What You'll do in this tour
Let our professional driver pick you up from the FCO airport (Fiumicino) and transfer you to your hotel in the comfort of a spacious new vehicle with air-conditioning. Transfers are available at any time and your drive from the airport to center of Rome is approximately 45 minutes depending on the time of day and hotel location.
For arrivals into FCO, your driver will need to know your airline, arrival time, flight number and how many people are in your party as well as if you will have excessive amounts of luggage. We need to know a cell phone number for someone in your group and also your hotel address and phone number so that we can accurately quote your services and send the correct size vehicle.
Our driver will be waiting with a sign that bears your name, at the time that you scheduled, just after you exit the baggage area. This will be after you have gone through passport control and have collected your bags and just prior to exiting the airport doors. Look for a meeting column area where drivers are congregating.
***Included in the cost is a 50-minute waiting period from landing time. An additional 35E per hour will begin to accrue once that 50 minute window has passed.
Additional Important info for this tour:
*If your party is bringing more than 4 medium to large bags and more than 3/4 small carry-on bags, please notify us so that we can assess what size of vehicle(s) we will need to send you.

*For transfers or pickups taking place at night after 8:30 PM or prior to 5:30 AM there is a 30 Euro surcharge that will apply for the service.

- Changes or delays to your flight's departure time or you need a change in your pick-up time previously scheduled. We do our best to accommodate you but it may not always be possible for long delays or big changes.
- You need assistance locating your driver (Look for a driver bearing a sign with your name near the column labeled "meeting point" after you collect your bags and clear the customs doors but just prior to exiting the airport to the outside) When calling for assistance please notice what Terminal # you are in and what exit door you are nearest to.
- Bags are delayed or lost. In this case you may even send one of your party out to notify the driver of the situation if you are not able to contact by phone.
In the event that we have to release a driver for another service when no further communication has been made by you regarding delays or possible cancellations, please consider that the service is still chargeable. Charges also apply if the client, for any reason, decides to take another transfer service or taxi instead of the one previously arranged by us. Therefore, keeping us informed of any delay or cancellation whether by phone or, if that is not possible, by sending out one of your party to inform and wait with the driver is of utmost importance.
